个人简历:

苗庆庆,苏州大学放射医学与防护学院特聘教授,博士生导师,国家重大人才工程A类青年项目入选者,江苏特聘教授,江苏省双创博士人才项目,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金,江苏省青年基金各1项。2010年获得安徽大学化学专业学士学位,2015年获得中国科学技术大学分析化学专业博士学位。2015年至2018年在新加坡南洋理工大学化学与生物医学工程学院完成博士后研究。201811月加入苏州大学放射医学与辐射防护国家重点实验、放射医学与防护学院分子影像与核医学研究中心。主要从事发展核医学探针、光学探针、纳米技术等用于疾病诊断、治疗及精准医学等的研究。研究领域涉及分子影像,纳米医学,转化医学等交叉领域。迄今为止在Nat. Biotechnol., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Mat.等国际核心学术期刊上发表研究论文30多篇。


研究方向:

1.放射性核素探针的设计、合成及其在重大疾病早期诊断、高效治疗等方面的应用基础研究:针对肿瘤高特性靶点和普适性肿瘤微环境开发高性能核素探针;通过合理调控探针的结构,亲疏水性,分子量,自组装等性能参数,调控核素探针的体内行为,提高探针诊疗效果;

2.高灵敏、高特异性探针设计及生物医学应用:针对生物蛋白酶、pHROS等与生命活动相关的生物标志物设计激活光学探针,用于肿瘤等疾病的早期诊断。
